Your reference code number will be attached to your reference link once you have completed the form for travel. Once you purchase your pre-ticket you can change dates, airlines, number of passengers and much more free. Something you cannot do direct with the airlines. You can also then call our center at anytime with the number and an agent will be available for help and assist with making a reservation.

Once we have collected your documents for travel, we will book your flight and authorization for your pets with our PAN affiliates. Once we have found you the best airline, ease of travel and received the ok by the chosen airline, a PNR code will be issued for the flight and the pet(s) on-board. You can then confirm the issuance of the ticket. Please be aware, once the ticket is issued you will be subject to the conditions of the chosen airline or affiliate provider.

Travel planning will be available once the booking of the ticket is initiated. The planning has all steps required for a safe travel. An agent will be assigned to help with the various steps you require, documents, vet visit, airport arrival, check-in and destination. You may select only assistance if you required.

In order to meet your check-in timeframe, all necessary documents must ready for your future flight. Small errors may have very big effects, animal stopped at customs, quarantined and even sent back. Dont take a risk and have your documents pre-checked. Once validated, each document will have a green tag, all others will have a red cross. If you have a red cross make sure to contact a team member or your assigned agent to review this with them.

A proper arrival is essential to you and your pet. Delays may keep your pet hours at the airport and even a return to origine. Do not take any chance and have your customs arrival clearance ready before your flight. Small errors may have very big effects, animal stopped at customs, quarantined and even sent back. Customs clearance can be done either at the passenger terminal customs area or at the freight for seom countries. If you select customs, once validated, each document will have a green tag, all others will have a red cross. If you have a red cross make sure to contact a team member or your assigned agent to review this with them.

Check-in schedule is very important and must be matched accordingly. Take extra time to be sure you are ontime, this may affect your flight and delays are subject to very high fees and even loosing your ticket. Make sur you take time as well for the baggage deposit as you will have both your baggages and doing the check-in for the animal.

Once gate is closed, the access to tracking is given so you may follow your flight departure and arrivals all the way to destination. Each step has an estimated time (ET) and an actual time (AT). The PetDesk APP is a feature provided by the AVI handling service of the airport with a QR tracking for your pets wherever you fly to.

Once you have arrived, you may need a Petaxi if your pet is at the freight area or a Taxi service that can take you, your baggages and you pets. The PetDesk APP is a feature provided by the AVI handling service of the airport with all delivery possibilites.
