All AVIFLEX tickets include both the AVI Boarding Pass and VESTA ID. Once documents are collected, we book your flight and pet authorization with PAN affiliates. Please note that once issued, tickets are subject to airline-specific conditions.

Country Pre-clearance
To meet destination compliance, submit all documents to VESTA. Errors can lead to quarantine or pets being sent back. Use your VESTA ID to ensure each document receives a green validation tag before travel.
Boarding Pass

Adhere strictly to check-in schedules. If required, complete your ABP AVI Boarding Pass application online to avoid high delay fees or ticket loss. Arrive early for both baggage deposit and pet check-in.

Arrival Customs Clearance
Proper arrival clearance is essential. Complete your VESTA application prior to landing. Clearance may occur at the passenger terminal or freight area depending on the country. VESTA validation is included with customs selection.
