PetAirport is the passenger-facing hub of the Pet Alliance Network (PAN), operated by Pet Alliance Network PTE Ltd in Singapore. Passengers use it to find and book pet-friendly flights, prepare the AVI boarding pass and travel documents, and check country entry rules through VESTA.

PetAirport covers three ways: in-cabin travel (the booking form states a maximum of 10 kg), in-hold travel as standard cargo, and cargo for pets that travel alone.
The AVI boarding pass is a digital boarding pass for your pet. Passengers secure it, together with the travel documentation, before arriving at the terminal.
VESTA is a smart country entry compliance and animal identification system offered through PetAirport.
