Reviews and comments
The Petairport review team may place a review for any service in the network or place a comment to help its travellers and their pets but as well help improve affiliate services. Comments are submitted by passnegers but must be constructive and not simply an emotional release. Each review is checked by the PAN team prior to the issuance of a SPARK.
SPARKS are determined by 5 criterias which will classify your review and the number of stars
- Communication (how fast emails are answered, feeback etc)
- Logistic (how well the travel plan is organised and set up for the pet owner)
- Care (how much care is given on the pet health and safety)
- Service (how the overall service provided)
- Document (Precision in the documents required)
Once SPARKS have been posted, our PAN team will review each affiliate each year, incognito and review your services. once the review has been verified, the team will determine if your SPARK remains. Important, you may loose your SPARK at anytime if subject to serious deterioration of the service and or passenger reviews. A commission will be setup and a notification will be made once the decision has been attributed.
