Reviews and comments
The Petairport inspectors may place a review for any service in the network or place a comment to help its travellers and their pets but as well help improve affiliate services. There are no emotional release but only constructive reviews. An inspector may stop by either in person or make requests for service incognito. You may review on desk-info when an inspector has stopped by.
SPARKS are determined by criterias which will classify your review and the number of stars
- Communication (how fast emails are answered, feeback etc)
- Logistic (how well the travel plan is organised and set up for the pet owner)
- Care (how much care is given on the pet health and safety)
- Service (how the overall service provided)
- Document (Precision in the documents required)
Once SPARKS have been posted, our inspectors will review at anytime incognito. Once the review has been done, the team will get together and determine if your SPARK remains. Important, you may loose your SPARK at anytime if subject to serious deterioration of the service and or by our passenger reviews. A commission will be set-up and a notification will be made once the decision has been attributed.
