FLIGHT TRAVEL |

Select the way you want to fly |
Pets can travel in-cabin/excess baggage (in-hold) as long as the airline has permitted and filed on their computer that the pet & container have been registered with your airline ticket. Many airlines will only allow as manifest cargo which means the pet(s) has there own ticket. PAN airline AVIcare program is available to guide you to book your ticket as well as your pet/animal and will connect you with any one of our local agent members, either for excess baggage, in cabin travel or as manifest cargo.

Select your travel ticket |
The airline ticket will be registered with in-cabin or an excess baggage that entitles the pet to travel with the passenger. Check-in will be at the passenger airport terminal and the container will registered as a regular baggage. Do not book your ticket on internet unless you are sure what you are doing, always organise your pet first and then yourself. Beware that code sharing flight is not possible with pets.
Airline Tickets
PAN Travel agency, a partnership with Pixalair, can book your airline ticket, request the ok from the airline to insure you take no risks. A small travel agency fee may prevent much problems.

Select the right skybox |
Please verify the right size in order to travel in-hold.
Allowance in-cabin normaly permitted by airlines:
- 40x25x23 cm
- 16x10x9 in
to 102x69x76cm and 35kg for in-hold.
Some airlines will not accept above and will need to be shipped as manifest cargo such as Air Canada/United/BA and many others. Weight restriction will vary according to airline but on a general rule the container & pets must not exceed 35kg. If you cannot then the pet will need to travel as manifest cargo.

Select the right documents |
All original documents must travel with the animal and must be conform to the entry procedures of the chosen country. There are certain times when you cannot take you pet as excess baggage or in-cabin. Please make sure to verify the country will allow entry. Other restrictions may be applied by the airline directly.
- Countries with quarantine (UK - Australia - Dubai - Singapore - Mauritius - New Zealand and many others) Most countries with quarantine will not permit for pets to travel as cabin baggage.
- Changing airlines when transit is needed
If your travel requires a change in airline, you will need to custom clear upon arrival and reboard your pet to the following airline.
- Airport transit less than an 2 hours
If your transit is less than 2 hours it will not be possible for you to have your pet travel as excess baggage as pets need 3-4 hours to do a transit. We recommend you contact your airline for this in order to maybe take the following flight.
